OTX is the most ambitious
interpretation from our winery.
Sourced from the best parcels of Hondarrabi Zerratia, it is aged on lees to develop greater structure, texture, and aromatic depth. Three years of winemaking: the first in French oak foudre, the second in stainless steel, both on their own lees, and the third year in the quiet of the bottle that defines it.
It reflects the maturity of the vineyard, the family’s winemaking experience, and the Atlantic character that shapes our identity.
